Duties:

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating various agreements related to global franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Providing expert counsel on regulatory matters about domestic and international operations.
• Handling counseling and dispute resolution related to franchise and supply network issues.
• Conducting legal research and staying abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting the industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements in the legal field.
• Strong background in counseling and dispute resolution, specifically in franchise and supply network issues.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
• High academic achievement with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proven law firm experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal practices and procedures.
