We focus on complex litigation in the electronic payments and franchise industries and value a team atmosphere where each member is valued regardless of title or position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategy and processes and work in a relaxed yet driven environment.

Responsibilities:

- Research caselaw and write motions; review and draft discovery
- Effectively manage cases and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on strategy
- Report, track, and update statuses on matters
- Review regulations and advise on compliance matters
- Review, edit, and redline agreements
- Challenge team members, including partners, on thinking and strategy
- Other tasks related to successful case management

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of California civil litigation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism at all levels
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
