The Law Firm of Fisher Phillips is seeking a highly experienced Employment Litigation Staff Attorney to join our team in California. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge employment matters without the demands of a partner-track position. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of employment litigation experience and be admitted to practice in California.

Responsibilities:
• Work on employment litigation matters in California
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service
• Utilize your expertise in employment and/or insurance defense to provide high-quality legal counsel
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of employment litigation experience
• Admitted to practice in California
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes

Salary:
• Yearly salary range of $130,000 - $140,000
• Actual base pay within this range determined by relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law
• Eligible for discretionary bonus
