As a Director, Senior Corporate Counsel with Circana, you will have the chance to work closely with our sales organization and handle a variety of commercial matters arising from our operations. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other functional areas and stakeholders, such as finance, accounting, and operations, to provide proactive and strategic advice on operational and financial business risks. This is a unique position located at our corporate headquarters in Chicago's Loop, and currently, our legal team is working from home with occasional in-office meetings.

If you have a . degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of five years of relevant commercial generalist experience, including experience with software, technology, and data licensing agreements, we want to hear from you! We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, outstanding judgment and flexibility, and a dedication to practicing law in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

At Circana, we offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $200,000, along with bonus pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
