## Counsel/Member - Government Contracts at McDonald Hopkins LLC

McDonald Hopkins LLC is looking for an experienced attorney with federal government contracting experience to join its Business Department. The ideal candidate will have a background in bid protests; claims and performance disputes; terminations for default or convenience; regulatory compliance advice and counseling; internal investigations; mandatory disclosures; False Claims Act issues, SBA regulations and programs; Organizational Conflicts of Interest, suspension and debarment; cost issues including Cost Accounting Standards and allowability; GSA Federal Supply Schedule and Multiple Award Schedule Contracts; and negotiation of prime and subcontracts, teaming, joint ventures, and mentor-protégé agreements.

The position is open remotely or in McDonald Hopkins' offices in Baltimore, Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit or West Palm Beach. Portable business is necessary.
