As a Finance Associate, you will have the chance to work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities. You will have the opportunity to work on complex international and domestic transactions involving major banks, leasing companies, airlines, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other investors.

We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm and experience in one or more of the following areas: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, or aviation. Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills, as well as organizational skills, are a must. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously. A . degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials are required, and you must be admitted (and in good standing) in the applicable jurisdiction or taking steps to become admitted.
