# Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our law firm as an independent contractor in North Dakota. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience handling civil litigation and insurance defense and possess strong writing, analysis, and research skills. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.

## Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience handling civil litigation and insurance defense
- Demonstrated skills in writing, analysis, and research
- Self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision
- Commitment to superior client service
- Reside and be licensed in North Dakota
