Kean Miller, a leading law firm with over 200 attorneys, is seeking an Experienced Litigation Partnership Track Associate for their Shreveport office. The firm has a strong presence in the regional economy with offices in multiple locations including Shreveport, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Houston, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge.

About the Role:
- The position is for the Labor, Insurance, Construction, IP and Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
- The successful candidate will have a track record of high achievement and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- They will work closely with partners on all phases of litigation, from investigations to trial preparation.
- The role requires excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Candidates must be able to independently manage a caseload, handle court appearances and depositions, and provide meaningful updates to clients.
- The position also involves interacting directly with clients and building client and referral relationships.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of general litigation experience.
- Litigation experience should include taking depositions, writing motions, and responding to discovery.
- Must have a current state bar license. Attorneys licensed outside Louisiana who wish to practice in Shreveport are also encouraged to apply.
