In this role, you will be advocating for the safety, well-being, and permanency of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in Florida. You will be responsible for managing multiple cases and ensuring that all legal requirements are met in order to secure permanent and safe homes for these children. This includes collaborating with investigators and case managers, gathering evidence, and preparing for trials. Our goal is to be the leader in dependency advocacy and we strive to use the best litigation techniques in our work.

To be considered for this position, you must have a law degree. However, training will also be provided to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. This includes a multi-week onboarding program, quarterly intensive training on practical skills and litigation tactics, and an annual advanced litigation academy. We also provide opportunities for continuing education through webinars and live trainings on relevant topics.
