Job Description:
As a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of workers' compensation cases, as well as assisting with other litigation matters. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation and litigation, who is licensed to practice in South Carolina.

Responsibilities:
• Handle a caseload of workers' compensation cases
• Assist with other litigation matters as needed
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in South Carolina
• 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation and litigation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
