As a Senior or Entry Attorney, you will advocate for the safety, well-being, and permanency of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in the state of Florida. With a team of over 300 attorneys, Children's Legal Services is a leader in the courtroom and works to ensure that all legal requirements are met in order to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children.

Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility for multiple cases and ensuring legal requirements are met
- Collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather evidence for legal action
- Advocate for children through best practice litigation techniques
- Fulfill CLE requirements through training and webinars
- Participate on special projects to create strategies for better outcomes for children

Qualifications:

- Law degree
- Minimum of 2 years bar admission
