Responsibilities:

- Advocate for clients throughout workers compensation proceedings
- Conduct comprehensive research and analyze complex legal issues
- Develop strategic plans to effectively address clients' needs
- Participate in hearings and negotiate settlements
- Build strong connections with clients to ensure positive outcomes
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to gather evidence and prepare cases

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in workers compensation law
- Current California State Bar License in good standing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills

Salary: $105,000 to $125,000 per year
