Law Firm is currently looking for a Construction Litigation Associate to join their team in Charlotte, NC; Greensboro, NC; or Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of relevant construction and litigation experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected and growing firm.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina.
License to practice law in the State of South Carolina is a plus.
We will consider candidates with less experience who have a commitment to practicing construction law and/or a background in engineering, architecture, or contracting.
Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
Experience in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Understanding of and desire to work on construction matters.
Willing to learn to review and draft construction contracts (transactional experience a plus, but not required).
