Responsibilities:

- Prepare pleadings, manage discovery, and take and defend depositions
- Work collaboratively with a team to manage cases and prepare for trials and arbitrations
- Offer legal advice to clients involved in lawsuits and represent them in court

Qualifications:

- . from an ABA accredited school
- Admitted to practice in Colorado or able to be waived in
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
