A law firm in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation, particularly in business and financial litigation matters. The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Preference will be given to candidates with judicial clerkship experience.

Duties:

• Manage complex commercial litigation cases.
• Work on a variety of business and financial litigation matters.
• Research, analyze, and prepare legal documents.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
• Assist with case management and legal research.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar.
