The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health and wellness package, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities for Managing Trial Attorney - Workers Comp:
- Co-leading one of Nationwide's Trial Division offices within a region
- Managing a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Implementing and leading NTD standard methodologies, processes, and guidelines
- Maintaining and promoting good relationships with clients and claims management
- Assisting with preparation of business reports and analysis of trends and recommendations
- Coordinating administrative functions and collaborating with business operations
- Monitoring and responding to office growth demands or reductions in workforce
- Training and mentoring individual associates
- Handling a case load of no more than 10 cases
- Reporting to Managing Trial Attorney (8-2)
- Maintaining an active license in the state where the position is located

Requirements for Managing Trial Attorney - Workers Comp:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license in the state where the position is located
- 10+ years of relevant civil litigation and trial experience, with management experience preferred
- Expertise in highly complex matters of law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Creative problem solver with good time management and organization skills
- Comfortable working with all levels of management
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Decision-making ability and strong leadership skills

Working Conditions for Managing Trial Attorney - Workers Comp:
- Normal office environment with frequent travel and occasional overnight travel
- Extended hours may be necessary to meet job demands
