The Florida Department of Health is hiring an attorney for their Prosecution Services Unit (PSU) with a salary of $63,000 annually. This is an open competitive opportunity for an entry level attorney to join the PSU, which is responsible for enforcing state laws and administrative rules for healthcare professionals regulated by the Division of Medical Quality Assurance. Qualifications for this position include a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and the ability to become a member of the Florida Bar within 12 months of appointment. The position is located at the Tallahassee headquarters or in remote investigative field office locations in Pensacola, Alachua, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Orlando.
