- Must have high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills required
- 2+ years of experience in complex litigation preferred
- Experience in drafting motions and briefs, preparing depositions required
- Familiarity with managed care and reimbursement work, medical malpractice, or medical staffing issues a plus
- Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively
