The candidate has a background in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. Should have extensive experience in all phases of patent litigation, including first-chairing depositions, writing expert reports, drafting and arguing motions, drafting infringement/invalidity concerns, and arguing appeals.
