Responsibilities:

- Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, including rapid response investigations, case evaluation and reporting, discovery, depositions, and trial presentation
- Emphasize strategic thinking to meet client objectives
- Collaborate with lead attorneys across offices and practice areas
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of experience in trucking and transportation litigation
- Admitted to the Georgia Bar
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, and motions practice
- Experience with depositions, mediations, and court appearances preferred
