The Seattle office of Ogletree Deakins is currently seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our labor and employment practice. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $150,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in employment litigation and/or employment law counseling, with class action experience being a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are proactive and passionate about their practice, and who are seeking a significant role in litigation, including extensive contact with clients and opposing counsel. Our associates also have opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking engagements.

- Juris Doctor degree and current license to practice law in Washington
