# Tax Senior Manager - Federal Credits and Incentives

RSM is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to join their growing Federal Credits and Incentives Tax Practice. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of professionals, performing tax planning and research, understanding and applying changes in legislature, managing and driving the success of multiple research and development tax credit engagements, and generating and sustaining client relationships.

## Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a public accounting firm and/or other professional services firm
- Proven track record of a successful tax planning focus with federal credits and incentives including research and development tax credits
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- CPA, EA or required
- Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters in various industries
- Experience managing tax consulting professionals
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, and other comparable programs
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with the ability to manage multiple engagements
- Exceptional leadership and business development skills
