A law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trademark Associate Attorney specializing in Clearance and Prosecution. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing . and international trademark portfolios, handling clearance, prosecution, and investigations for a diverse clientele.

Duties:

• Work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients.
• Manage . and international trademark portfolios with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and investigations.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support trademark clearance efforts.

• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective communication and resolution of trademark issues.
• Stay abreast of changes in trademark laws and regulations to provide up-to-date legal advice.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of direct trademark experience with a specialization in clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in managing both . and international trademark portfolios.
• Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
