Law Firm is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and focused attorney to join the dynamic team in our growing Ethics and Risk Management Practice Group in Irvine, California. The position is an amazing opportunity for an attorney with a background in legal ethics who desires to practice full-time in this burgeoning area of the law. The position also involves State Bar discipline defense work.

## Qualifications

* At least 5 years of experience handling professional liability, ethics, and/or State Bar of California disciplinary matters
* Significant litigation practice experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
* Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Team player
* Pay range: $130,000-190,000 per year (depending on experience)

Qualified candidates must be an active member of the State Bar of California with a strong academic background and at least 5 years of experience handling professional liability, ethics, and/or State Bar of California disciplinary matters. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation practice experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; a solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy; and excellent organizational and communication skills. Pay ranges are provided in compliance with SB1162, California’s pay transparency law; actual pay may range from $130,000-190,000 per year (depending on experience).
