Responsibilities:
- Work in a dynamic team environment within Citrin Cooperman's National SALT practice
- Perform tax research and analysis on a variety of SALT matters
- Collaborate with clients and internal personnel on income and indirect tax nexus, apportionment, sales tax, credits and incentives, SALT planning, and M&A SALT due diligence
- Handle SALT controversies involving audits and appeals

Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, LLM or master's in taxation preferred
- CPA and/or JD preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of tax experience, with at least 4 years exclusively in SALT
- Strong team building and communication skills
- Analytical and research skills in a corporate environment
- Desire to learn and apply new concepts

Salary Information:
- Salary range for positions in New York and California is $130,000 - $220,000
- Actual compensation within this range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws
