Dynatrace is seeking an experienced corporate and compliance lawyer to join their global legal team in a newly created role as Counsel, Legal - Corporate and Compliance. The successful candidate will report to the VP, Legal – Corporate and ESG and be responsible for providing legal counsel and advice on corporate and compliance matters. This is a full-time hybrid role that requires 2 days in the Detroit office per week. The base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000, with additional benefits and rewards included in the compensation package.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support for various corporate functions, including tax, treasury, accounting, people & culture, communications, and business development
- Assist with SEC and NYSE filings and corporate governance matters
- Advise on compliance matters, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, conflicts of interest, and competition/antitrust
- Oversee the company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies and procedures
- Design and implement corporate and compliance programs, including training and internal awareness initiatives
- Provide guidance and advice to colleagues on corporate and compliance matters
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company
- Help sustain and enhance the company's ethical culture
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and track applicable compliance metrics and prepare reports for leadership and the board of directors

Requirements:

- Admitted to practice and in good standing in Michigan or another applicable state
- 4+ years of experience as a lawyer at a law firm or corporate legal department
- Knowledge of general corporate and securities matters and global compliance areas
- Ability to collaborate and lead, plan strategically, and communicate effectively
- Strong business judgment and risk assessment skills
- Experience presenting to business teams and other legal and compliance professionals
