Job Title: Attorney – Insurance Defense Practice Area
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Experience:

Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case investigation, pre-trial discovery, depositions, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, hearings, and trials
• Provide support to the insurance defense practice area
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Iowa State Bar or ability to waive in
•
• Experience in insurance defense matters preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, analytical, leadership, and communication skills
