• Handle all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses

• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
