Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Barred in the State of Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi and in good standing
- 5-7 years’ experience as a front-line collections attorney and successfully managing debt collection cases
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks affecting debt buying and collection industries

Preferred Qualifications:
- Barred in another state in conjunction with Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data in Excel
