Job Description:
- Assist clients with business and personal disputes
- Handle litigation regarding contracts, business torts, real estate, non-competition agreements, employment disputes, estate and fiduciary matters, partnership/corporate control and/or dissolution issues, and professional negligence
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attend court hearings and trials
- Work in-office with option for remote work one day a week

Qualifications:
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Previous judicial clerkship experience preferred
- Trial-level experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized

Job Title and Department:
The position available is for a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in our Civil Litigation department. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist clients with a variety of business and personal disputes, including litigation regarding contracts, business torts, real estate, non-competition agreements, employment disputes, estate and fiduciary matters, partnership/corporate control and/or dissolution issues, and professional negligence.

Salary and Experience Information:

Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills. Previous judicial clerkship experience is preferred, but not required.
