## Corporate Paralegal/Contracts Administrator

**Overview:** Raleigh Enterprises is searching for a Corporate Paralegal and Contracts Administrator to provide support to the General Counsel. This is a career-level individual contributor role accountable for providing paralegal generalist support, contract administration, litigation support, and corporate filings with various state and federal authorities.

**Job Summary:**

- Conduct in-depth research and provide comprehensive document review
- Maintain up to date corporate records including all corporate minutes, annual filings and resolutions
- Act as point of contact with third party contract administration provider
- Assist with corporate, regulatory and other filings
- Implement research skills, contract drafting, and review

- Adapt to frequent change, fast paced environment, delays, or unexpected events

**Essential Skills, Experience, and Education:**

- Experience providing direct support to in-house counsel and in-house legal operations experience; 3+ years of experience with contract review, drafting, and negotiation; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

**Computer Skills:** Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and DocuSign and Contract Administration software systems.

**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** Paralegal Certification is required. Notary Public is required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance. Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Must pass a drug test and background check.

**Physical Requirements:** The employee will frequently sit in a chair and use fingers to type on a computer and occasionally stand and walk. The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. The noise level is moderate and normal for an office environment.

**Salary Range:** $80,000 – 90,000

The individual is also responsible for corporate filings with various state and federal authorities and act as the administrator of the company’s electronic contract administration system.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

**Education and Experience:**

- Bachelor's Degree in business or legal studies; A
