A law firm in Washington . seeks an Attorney with 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience. The successful candidate will handle various legal matters, contribute to the firm's litigation practice, and provide exceptional legal services to clients.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial litigation matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings
• Manage case files, including organizing documents, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters
• Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments in commercial litigation

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the District of Columbia Bar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
