  • Minimum 10+ years of trial experience, with a preference for personal injury trial experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing plaintiff or defense litigation.
  • Experience in managing trial lawyers and trial teams, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire.
  • Strong understanding of leadership and management principles.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
