About the Role

As an International Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to serve a variety of industries and work with clients on international tax planning and compliance matters. You will also have the chance to develop the international tax practice and mentor and train staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide international tax services to clients, including in-bound and out-bound transactions, cross-border corporate taxation, export tax incentives, and transfer pricing.
Conduct research on international tax issues to expand knowledge base and identify potential opportunities for clients.
Develop unique service offerings for clients to help grow the firm.
Manage and build client relationships by understanding their needs and providing valuable professional services.
Train and mentor staff on the international tax team.
Participate in community organizations and industry functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; Master’s Degree, JD or LLM in Taxation preferred.
5+ years of experience in tax, with at least 2 years focused on international tax.
Valid CPA, EA, JD, or LLM license.
Strong federal tax background and experience working with closely-held businesses.
Extensive knowledge of and experience solving international tax issues.
Excellent communication, public speaking, research, and writing skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
