In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality legal representation to our clients and achieving the best possible outcomes for their cases.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss their case
- Show compassion and empathy towards clients
- Build trust, confidence, and respect with clients
- Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims
- Prepare cases for trial and try cases if needed
- Utilize superb negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Work well in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

- 6 or more years of litigation experience
- Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
- Familiarity with evaluating claims
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
