Associate Attorney - Creditors' Rights (GA) Position Summary: Brock & Scott, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-4 years of experience in civil litigation and trial work, specifically in the areas of debt collection, foreclosure, and creditor rights. The ideal candidate will be a member in good standing of the Georgia bar and have a strong work ethic, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
