Qualifications: Required: - Ability to work within a hybrid work model, with in-person co-location required 2-3 days per week. - 8+ years of experience in public accounting (with at least 3 years in investment management), law firms, or industry. - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. - Active accreditation such as CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or certifications such as CFA or CFP. - Experience in reviewing partnership and/or trust documents, managing projects, and ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred: - Advanced degree such as MST, MAcc, JD, or LLM. - Prior experience in a Big 4 firm. - Knowledge of fund accounting and general ledger accounting. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Excellent research and writing abilities. Salary Information: - The wage range for this role takes into account various factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. - The estimated range is $119,490 to $238,680. - Compensation decisions are dependent on individual circumstances and are typically not at the top of the range for a role. - Eligible for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program.
