DOJ seeks attorneys with some litigation experience, however, opportunities also exist for attorneys with other types of experience, such as legislative review, policy formulation, and legal advising.

The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent)
• Active member of the bar of any . jurisdiction
• At least one-year . (or equivalent) legal or other relevant experience
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to travel (as required)

The salary for this position is between $59,319 and $152,771 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
