-Experience: 5+ years of mission-aligned work or lived experience in advocating for low-income or immigrant communities
-Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan or qualify for admission by waiver
-Responsibilities: Work closely with FLS attorneys, staff, and other providers to develop and pursue affirmative systemic litigation, provide high quality representation of farmworkers, and handle cases
-Location: Based in Kalamazoo with flexible remote work options
-Required qualifications: Experience in litigating at state or federal levels, willingness to work a flexible schedule, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and commitment to social, racial, and economic justice
-Preferred qualifications: Significant mission-aligned, supervisory, or litigation experience, bilingual Spanish-English skills, proficiency in Haitian Creole or indigenous languages, and familiarity with farmworker advocacy, employment and immigration law, or legal services and advocacy
