Airport Services Agent (Administration) Duties: Responsible, professional, analytical, technical and administrative work in one or more divisions of the Airport. Work involves division or departmental operational activities, conducting management studies and/or surveys, completing projects and making statistical analyses, or developing and improving systems, procedures and forms which lower operating cost and/or increase efficiency; and related work as required.
Qualification and Experience Qualifications: EITHER: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of professional administrative experience. Professional experience is experience gained in a position that required a Bachelor’s Degree upon Entrance. The Civil Service Department reserves the right to determine what experience qualifies as professional administrative experience. OR: A Master’s or other post baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. Note: A degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Urban Studies, Business Management, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related field is preferred. Note: Paralegal and budget experience is preferred for positions within the General Counsel’s Office.
