Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring Associate to join our growing and dynamic team. Our firm represents a diverse range of clients, including private and public companies, boards of directors, management, owners, creditors, lenders, investors, and acquirors in various industries. We have a particular focus on biotechnology, medical devices, retail, manufacturing, transportation, energy, health care, and financial services. As a Restructuring Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of restructuring strategies and transactions, as well as insolvency and corporate governance matters for distressed companies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide counsel on restructuring strategies and transactions
- Handle insolvency and restructuring issues
- Advise on corporate governance matters for distressed companies
- Represent a diverse range of clients in various industries
- Work on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend client meetings and negotiations
- Manage multiple cases and prioritize workload
- Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings
- Substantial company-side experience
- Strong understanding of insolvency and restructuring laws
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
