Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: - Work with large-scale operating partnership tax clients on matters that are most important to them - Diversify your industry experience by working with various industries such as private equity, healthcare, tech, financial products, and more - Assist clients with public offering transactions, including initial proxy and registration statements - Develop an understanding of the public monetization transactional process and tax receivable agreements - Create technology solutions for partnership tax, data analytics, and user experience - Implement strategic tax structures and processes for clients - Identify and solve complexities with the . federal income tax impact of public offerings - Participate in marketplace activities, recruiting, and process and technology innovation - Identify service opportunities, manage client accounts, and advance Deloitte initiatives Qualifications: Required: - Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week in-person - 2+ years of experience in federal partnership tax - Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field - Strong numerical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio - Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment - Excellent research skills - Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to travel up to 25% for work and client needs - Licensed CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, or certified financial advisor Preferred: - Advanced degree such as master's in science of tax, JD, or LLM - Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm - Transaction and M&A experience - Alteryx experience Salary Range: The disclosed range estimate for this role is $77,070 to $175,500. This range takes into account various factors, including skills, experience, training, and certifications.
