Overview of the Position
As a Commercial Litigation and Class Action Associate, you will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys to represent clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. This includes class action lawsuits, contract disputes, and other business-related legal issues. You will have the opportunity to work on cases from start to finish, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills as a litigator.

Requirements for the Position
To be considered for this position, candidates must have an active license to practice law in the State of Arizona. While previous class action litigation experience is preferred, it is not necessary for candidates with a sincere interest in this area of law. In addition, we are looking for candidates with strong communication, legal writing, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills. A business and entrepreneurial sense is also important, as well as the ability to proactively manage competing deadlines.
