# Senior Associate/Junior Partner – Transactional
## Job Description
Law Firm is looking for an experienced transactional attorney to join our team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner. Our firm is committed to providing top-notch legal services to our clients and are eager to welcome a highly skilled attorney to help us continue our tradition of excellence.

## Responsibilities
* Represent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501© (3), and intellectual property litigation
* Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients
* Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably
* Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management
* Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings
* Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals

## Requirements
*
* 2-10 years of experience practicing family law
* Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
* Strong negotiation and mediation skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
* Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered focus
* Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus

## Salary
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

## Location
Multiple Locations: Columbus (Polk Co., NC), Marion (McDowell Co., NC), Lincolnton (Lincoln Co., NC), Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC).
