Duties:

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications for innovative clients.

Requirements:

  • An advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 0-3 years of post-grant and/or patent prosecution experience preferred.
  • Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the . Patent & Trademark Office is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong technical and scientific knowledge in computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
