Job Title: Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy Department Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Location: Remote position (North Carolina) Experience: 3-5 years Department: Bankruptcy Brock & Scott, PLLC is a full service law firm with over 20 years of experience in serving the financial sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Bankruptcy Department. This is a remote position, with the attorney being admitted to practice in North Carolina. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for overseeing and working closely with support staff in drafting and reviewing all documentation associated with bankruptcy matters. This includes plan confirmation, motions for relief, contested matters, and adversary proceedings. You will also represent the interests of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, attend and argue motions and hearings, and work closely with clients throughout the process.
