The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, and managing projects with meticulous attention to detail.

 

Duties:

  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Utilize transferable skills and leverage a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence efficiently.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
  • Meet deadlines and expectations while performing work duties as required.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.
  • State and federal court experience is a plus.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents.
  • Experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
  • Proven ability to draft motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.

 

Skills:

  • Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
