Experience:
- Minimum of 4-8 years of post-JD experience with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts for software and technology transactions

Job Duties:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions for IT transactions
- Manage a high volume of complex contracts independently
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate vendor engagement and mitigate risk
- Improve processes for legal review and contract management
- Handle special assignments as assigned by supervisor

Education:
- Jurisprudence Doctorate Degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school

Required Skills:
- Self-motivated, organized team player
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
- Licensed and in good standing with a state bar
- Effective communication skills

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility:
- Must be able to supervise and lead paralegals and outside counsel

Work Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional travel

Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, sitting, talking or hearing, making visual inspections
- Lifting or carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Perceiving color differences
- Twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, or grasping may be required
