FIS is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst I to join our Global Regulatory Compliance team. This role is a full-time position and requires a Bachelor of Business Administration degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and be able to effectively communicate changes and requirements to internal teams and external clients. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining knowledge of laws and regulations, providing guidance on implementation, and conducting compliance reviews and assessments. The Compliance Analyst I will also be responsible for communicating with business unit compliance officers, participating in compliance training and awareness initiatives, and identifying areas for improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in compliance and a desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Monitor and communicate regulatory changes that impact FIS products, services and business activities. • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and offer guidance on implementing regulatory changes. • Communicate detailed requirements to line of business (LOB), validate solution approach and monitor status. • Provide compliance reviews and direction for new and expanding products and services. • Respond to issues and matters pertaining to regulatory compliance of FIS products, services and business activities. • Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of FIS products, services and business activities to validate compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Identify potential areas of improvement and provide updates for periodic reports. • Interface with legal counsel and regulatory agencies as needed to address compliance issues. • Participate in customer focus and advisory groups and assist with responses to compliance-related inquiries. • Prepare and approve internal and customer communications covering compliance issues. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Strong understanding of at least one area of compliance, such as banking regulations, anti-money laundering, or anti-corruption. • Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand technical and legal documents. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work within tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and share information with awareness of its effect on others.
