Law Firm Seeks Experienced Civil Rights & Government Liability Defense Attorney

The Department of Civil Rights & Government Liability at Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience to join a dynamic and growing practice group. Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply, especially those with a background in government immunity defenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research and writing for various civil rights and government liability cases.
Utilize strong analytical skills to handle dispositive motion practice.
Prepare and respond to written discovery, participate in depositions, and communicate with expert witnesses.
Develop deep analytical skills to effectively evaluate and resolve complex legal issues.
Maintain attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Experience and Skills:
